- If you still cannot find it 2 days after the delivery date, or tracking has not updated for 5 business days, contact the vendor with your order number.

Send your order number through live chat or email. The vendor says it will look into it with Canada Post, and where a parcel is confirmed lost it may reship at its discretion.
